Exhibitor Information and Sponsorship Opportunities
Exhibitors: Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 56th annual PSCA conference. Our conference is one of the largest gathering of school counselors in the country. The PSCA Conference typically draws approximately 600 attendees, mostly school counselors and graduate students in counselor education programs. The Exhibit Hall is a hub of activity for a day and a half of the conference. Exhibit Hall activities typically include a bookstore with book signings, breaks and meals, Chinese Auction Charity Baskets and raffles. Sponsorship Opportunities: The PSCA Annual Conference is made possible primarily through support from sponsors who help to underwrite the varied expenses attached to Conference opportunities. Sponsors will look forward to receiving recognition in the conference programs as well as verbal acknowledgement at the conference. Additionally, as a sponsor you are a friend of PSCA, and are recognized as such in the PSCA Newsletter, published after the conclusion of the conference. Sponsors of keynote speakers are also mentioned in the pre-conference literature and marketing materials. Individual and shared sponsorships are possible; there are a variety of giving levels and accompanying benefits, including a reduction or rebate of your exhibit fee.
